For approx 10 waffles: | |
150 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
200 g | Organic Almond Flour |
250 g | spelt flour (Type 630) |
1/2 TL | baking soda |
16 g | Vanilla Sweet |
3 | eggs |
250 g | butter |
1 EL | rum |
75 g | ground almonds |
75 g | ground hazelnuts |
200 ml | carbonated mineral water |
1 | grated lemon peel (organic) |
if necessary Erythritol Powder, |
How it's done:
Cream Erythritol+Stevia, Vanilla Sweet and eggs with butter. Add all other ingrediences and kneat. If the dough is too tight, add more water. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron and put them on a grate to cool down. Finally you can use some Erythritol Powder for decorating and enjoy the waffles with a finger tip of fruit spread as topping.
