Vegan White Chocolate Carrot Cake Donuts

Ingredients

50 g

spelt flour

30 g

cinnamon whey

20 g

coconut flour

2 TL

baking powder

60 g 

Erythritol Powder
 1 TL

apple vinegar 

10 g

coconut oil 

50 g

apple puree

70 g

carrot puree

30 g

Finest White Chocolate, chopped

1 Prise 

Pink Himalayan Salt

 

a bit soya milk & a  bit cinnamon

How it's done:

Mix all ingredients toegether to a smooth dough and fill it into nine donut ramekins.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Decorate with chopped almonds or melted chocolate.
