250 g | Erythritol Powder |
2 packages | gelatine powder |
2 packages | Vanilla Sweet |
150 ml | cherry juice |
2 tablespoons | cornstarch |
2 tablespoons | Erythritol Powder |
butter or margarine to grease the form |
how it's done:
Mix 2 tablespoons Erythritol Powder and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Grease a small oven dish with butter or margarine and sprinkle with half of the mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine 250 g Erythritol Powder and Vanilla Sweet. Dissolve the gelatin in a pot with the cherry juice and bring to a boil, while whisking constantly. Pour the hot liquid into the vanilla sugar-mixture and whisk with a hand mixer until it's fluffy and firm.
Pour into the oven dish and let cool for at least one hour. Afterwards turn out of the mold and sprinkle with the remaining cornstarch-sugar-mixture. Cut into cubes and sprinkle the edges as well.
Our Tip: You can make white marshmallows using water instead of cherry juise. If you have more time on your hands, you can use a very sharp cookie cutter to cut the marshmallows.
