How it's done:
Mix the curd, the eggs and the Erythritol together. Add the flour and the semolina and mix to a smooth dough. If you want, you can add the pulp of a vanilla pod.
Heaten the butter in a pan and press the mass flat to small pancakes. Fry both sides until they are golden brown. Quit surplus fat with a paper towel and sprinkle the pancakes with Erythritol Powder.
