250 g | Organic Coconut flour |
150 g | Erythritol Powder |
4 | Egg white |
at will |
Chocolate Drops |
at will | wafer |
How it's done:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the Organic Coconut flour with the Erythritol Powder and carefully fold in the stired egg whites. Put piles on a tin with 2 teaspoons. If you like, you can put wafers under it.
Bake at 165° C for approx. 20 min. If you want, you can cover the macaroons with some melted Chocolate Drops after baking or dip the macaroons in chocolate if no wafer is used.
