How it's done:
Mix the flour with My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder, salt, ginger, orange zest and coconut flakes together and build a hollow in the middle of the pile. Put the egg into the the hollow and the butter at the side – knead the mass until it‘s a smooth dough. Cool the dough in the fridge for a while. After that, roll out on a floured work surface and cut out the cookies. Put your cut outs on a baking tray which is prepared with a baking paper and bake at 170°C (upper/lower heat) for approx. 5 minutes in the middle of the oven. The edges should be slightly golden brown. Let them cool out, after that sprinkle them with some Erythritol Powder.
