Peanut Cream Mugcake

Ingredients for 1 mug

3 tbsp organic almond flour
2 tbsp Erythritol+Stevia
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cacao
3 EL Peanut Cream
3 EL

Rape oil

3 EL

milk (alternatively: almond milk)

1 Prise

Pink Himalaya Salt

How it's done:

Pour all the ingredients into a higher cup and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.

Fill the dough into one mug or 2 smaller cups and cook in the microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes at the highest level. It is recommended to place the cup on a saucer as the cake might overflows.

The finished cake can be decorated as desired with erythritol powder whipped cream or fresh fruits.

As an alternatively to the peanut cream, you can also use nut-nougat cream.

The serving is for 1 – 2 people and is ready within 5 minutes only.
