Low-Carb Vanilla Crescents

Zutaten

100 g Organic Almond-Flour
150 g butter
100 g ground almonds
1 pinch salt
120 g Xylitol
1 Mark of a vanilla bean
50 g Erythritol Powder
8 g Vanilla Sweet

How it's done:

Mix the Organic Almond-Flour with the butter, the ground almonds and the Xylitol into a dough. Scrape out the mark of one vanilla bean and add together with the salt to the dough.

Form the dough on a lightly floured working surface into rolls and cut into 4-5 cm pieces. Roll the ends slightly more thinly and place them like a croissante on a baking sheet, which is laid with baking paper. Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 ° top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes. The squirrels should remain bright!

In the meantime mix the Erythritol Powder together with the Vanilla Sweet on a deep plate and turn the cooled Vanilla Crescents after baking in it.
