300 g | Zucchini |
200 g | mixed nuts |
100 g | Chocolate Drops |
150 g | Butter |
6 TL | cacao |
2 tsp | Baking Powder |
80 g | Organic coconut flour |
120 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
4 | Eggs |
16 g | Vanilla Sweet |
some | Erythritol Powder or Chocolate Drops |
How it's done:
Stir the eggs with the Erythritol+Stevia and the Vanilla Sweet until frothy. Combine the Organic coconut flour with the cocoa and baking powder and add to the eggs. Melt the butter together with the chocolate drops and add it after a short cooling.
Wash and grate the zucchini, chop the nuts roughly, and stir them under the dough.
Preheat the oven to 150° C. Place a baking paper on a baking sheet put the dough evenly on it. Bake the cake about 30-35 minutes. The cake should still be slightly moist. After cooling, sprinkle with some Erythritol Powder or melt some additional chocolate drops for a coating .
You will not taste the zucchini in the cake any more, promissed.
