Iced coffee

 

Ingredients (2 glasses)

100 g cream
1 EL Vanilla Sweet
4 Kugeln vanilla ice cream
300 ml boiled coffee (well cooled)

How it's done:

Boil the coffee and refrigerate for a few hours.

Beat the cream with the Vanilla Sweet. Add 2 balls of homemade, sugarless vanilla ice cream into 2 large glasses and pour over the cold coffee. Finally, spread the whipped cream onto the coffee. Serve with a long spoon and a drinking straw.

Tip: Sprinkle some Golden Sweet over the cream
