How it's done:
Mix the egg yolk with the Xylitol. Beat the cream together with the Vanilla Sweet. Add the Xylitol mixture and the milk to the stiff cream and stir again.
Put the mass into an ice cream machine until finisched. Give the cool mass into the freezer and let it completely freeze. If you do not have an ice machine, the mass can also be given directly into the freezer. It is important that the mass is thoroughly stired (approx. every 30 minutes), until it is completely frozen. This prevents the formation of ice crystals.
Tip: Serve with hot cherries and enjoy.
