Low-Carb Waffles with Hot Cherries

ingredients

for 2-3 waffles  
2 eggs
30 g butter
50 g low-fat curd
3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons NO SUGAR SUGAR
 for the hot cherries  
1 small glass of cherries
2 EL vanilla pudding powder
3 EL NO SUGAR SUGAR

how it's done:

Melt the butter, let cool slightly and mix with curd and oil. Little by little, add the remaining ingredients until the batter is smooth. Scoop some of the batter into a preheated and greased waffle-iron.

For the hot cherries, melt NO SUGAR SUGAR in a pot and deglaze with the juice of the cherries. Stir in the pudding powder and add the cherries. Bring to a boil, and serve with the waffles.
