That's how it's done:
Put the berry mixture together with the xylitol and the cherry juice (up to 3 tablespoons) in a pot and bring to the boil. Mix the pudding powder together with the 3 tablespoons of cherry juice until smooth and add to the simmering berries. Bring the whole thing to the boil again briefly and let it cool down afterwards - the red fruit jelly is ready!
Hint: Our vanilla sauce goes best with the red fruit jelly.
