how it's done:
Place the Vanilla Sweet and cream in a saucepan, mix, boil and let it cool down for 10 minutes. Whisk the egg yolk into the cream. Boil the mass slowly to just above the boiling point and beat with the snow bean until it starts to become thick.
Allow the vanilla sauce to cool while stirring repeatedly and then place in the refrigerator. In general the sauce thickens a bit more in the refrigerator - if it's too viscous when serving, you can add a small sip of milk to get it back to liquid.
Tip: Tastes good with strawberries or apple pie.
