Raspberry-Crumble-Dessert

Ingredients for 3 – 4 glasses

80 g peanut butter
20 g cocoa powder
30 g Organic Coconut Flour
35 g My Sweet Organic Erythritol
Curd mass  
250 g curd
50 g cream cheese
20 g  My Sweet Organic Erythritol
Fruit puree  
200 g Himbeeren
  Erythritol as required

How it's done:

  1. Put all ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and mix them until you will get crumbly crumbles.
  2. Mix the curd, cream cheese and Erythritol with a whisk.
  3. Mash approx. 2/3 of the raspberries with a hand blender and sweeten as required.
  4. Now layer the different components in glasses as shown underneath:
  • chocolate crumble
  • curd mass
  • raspberry puree
  • curd mass

Garnish your glasses with some raspberries and enjoy your dessert.
