30 g | ASIRA Chia Seeds |
200 ml | coconut milk |
400 g | Rasperries |
100 g | Erythritol Powder |
75 g | lowfat quark |
125 g | yoghurt |
10 ml | lemon juice |
How it's done:
Add the chia seeds together with the coconut milk into a suitable container. In the first 10 minutes always stir again and again, so that the chia seeds can not clump together and properly swell. Now let the mixture run for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator (preferably overnight).
Let the raspberry defrost and purée together with the lemon juice and Erythritol Powder.
Mix the yogurt with thelowfat quark and add about 1/3 of the raspberry paste.
Pour the remaining puree into 2 glasses, then add the finished chiagel and finally top the yogurt.
