20 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
1 TL | Vanilla Sweet |
How it's done:
Wash the apples and stick out the core. Mix with the almonds, raisins, fruit spread apricot and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the opening of the apples and press in with a wooden spoon.
Put the apples in a greased casserole and add a little butter to the top of each apple. Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for approx. 25 minutes.
For the sauce, mix the starch with the egg yolks in 2 tablespoons of cold milk. Bring the remaining milk to boil and add Erythritol+Stevia and Vanilla Sweet. Add the stirred starch while stirring and cook briefly.
Tip: The sauce can be served hot or cold to the hot apples.
