Guglhupf

Ingredients

220 g Butter
160 g My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder
4   Eggs (separated)
8 g Vanilla Sweet
125 g My Sweet Organic Erythritol
220 g Flour
2 TL  Baking Powder
  a bit grated lime peel
 1/8 l  Milk

How it's done:

For the dough mix the butter with My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder, Vanilla Sweet, My Sweet Organic Erytrithol and the lime peel together, add the egg yolks gradually. Following sieve the flour and the baking powder into the dough and add the milk. Beat the egg white with a pinch of Himalayan Salt until stuff and fold in the dough. Put the dough into a "Guglhupf" baking tin and bake at 180°C approx. 50 min. The cake is ready after a positive stick sample.

Hint: Glaze your Guglhupf with melted  My Sweet Organic Chocolate or top it with My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder.
