Double Choc Brownies

Ingredients

230 g

Dark Chocolate Drops

120 g Butter
140 g Flour
1/2 tea spoon Baking Powder 
220 g My Sweet Organic Erythritol
1/4 tea spoon Himalayan Salt
8 g Vanilla Sweet
 3 Eggs
150 g  Milk Chocolate Drops

How it's done:

Melt 200 g Dark Chocolate Drops with 120 g butter in abowl and cool it down a bit. Mix the eggs with My Sweet Organic Erythritol and Vanilla Sweet add the lukewarm chocolate mass, flour, baking powder and the salt. Mix it to a well dough. Following fold the remaining Dark Chocolate Drops. You can also add a hand full of chopped walnuts.
Put the dough on a baking tray which is prepared with baking paper and smooth it out.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 – 25 minutes at 180 °C on the middle rack. Pass the right moment, when the brownies are moist in the middle and golden brown outside. Just have a look after 20 minutes. If they are ready, let them cool out.
In the meantime you can melt the Milk Chocolate Drops in a water bath and pour it on the brownies. Let it dry. Afterwards you can cut the brownies in pieces.

Hint: Sprinkle some sliced almonds on the Milk Chocolate Couverture
