1 cup | Creme fraiche Cheese |
70 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
50-80 ml | milk |
1 | egg |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
For the topping: | |
400 g | blueberries |

How it's done:
Make a dough with the first ingredients. Butter the tart with butter and sprinkle with grounded almonds. Place the dough in the tart and press up against the edges. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 160° C.
Meanwhile wash the blueberries and stir the ingredients for the cream.
Pour the washed blueberries on the hot dough. Add the cream and bake for another 35 to 45 minutes at 160° C, until the cake is golden brown.
After cooling dust with Erythritol Powder and enjoy.
