Erythritol+Stevia & cinnamon for sprinkling |
How it's done:
Make a batter from flour, Erythritol+Stevia, oil, mineral water, baking powder, cocoa powder and the eggs. Peel both apples, core them and cut them into thin strips. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread the apple strips evenly on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approx. 20 minutes. Let it cool down afterwards.
Then spread the apple sauce on the cooled base. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the sour cream and spread over the apple sauce. Finally sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and Erythritol+Stevia.
