how it's done:
Clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Mix the strawberries with a whole packet of Geliertraum (230g) and boil for at least 5-6 minutes with constant stirring. Fill the hot fruit spread in well-cooked, clean glasses and close properly. Reapply 5 minutes to the lid. Store in the refrigerator, start consuming glasses soon.
