Spelt Pancakes

Ingredients (4 portions)

250 g spelt flour
250 ml water
1 EL olive oil
1 TL Xylitol
1 egg
  Fruit spread

How it's done:

Sieve the flour into a bowl and add the egg, olive oil, water, salt and Xylitol. Mix all together to a dough. Bake the pancakes from both sides in a pan.
Spread some NO SUGAR SUGAR fruit spread in the varieties apricot, strawberry or forestr fruits on the pancakes before serving and enjoy.
