Ingredients |

2 | eggs |
20 – 30 g | Xylitol |
1/2 TS | baking powder |
60 g | spelt wholemeal flour |
20 g | oatmeal |
That's how it's done:
Mix the above ingredients together well to make a smooth dough. Then leave to simmer briefly and fry well in portions in a greased pan at low heat.
Hint: If you like, you can top your pancakes with melted chocolate drops, one of our spreads without added sugar or erythritol powder!
