Muesli Bars

Ingredients

2 TS 

Erythritol Gold

16 g Vanilla Sweet
25 g ground almonds
25 g ground hazelnuts
30 g  sunflower seeds
100 g prunes
1 grated apple
55 g spelt flour
20 g  Organic Almond Flour
75 g oats
60 g dried cranberries
1 pinch Pink Himalaya Salz

How it's done:

Puree almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, prunes, cranberries, oats, spelt and almond flour with a hand blender – but not to fine. Stir the Pink Himalaya Salt. Add the grated apple, Erythritol Gold and Vanilla Sweet. Mix the ingredients to a sticky mass. 

Put the mass on a on a baking tray covered with baking paper and form it on a height of 1 cm. Bake for 20 to 30 min. at 180°C circulating air. Cut it into bars while it is warm.

The sky is the limit as far aimaginatiogoes: You can use other fruits and vary eith the nuts. You can refine your muesli bars with a tasty chocolate topping made of  Chocolate.
