How it's done:
Mix together the flour, butter, egg yolks, Erythritol-Stevia Powder and the vanilla pod and kneat to a smooth shortcrust – cool it down abit. Than roll out the dough and cut the cookies into circles. Cut out a smaller hole in the middle for the half of the cookies.
Bake the thalers at 160°C until they are golden brown. Cover some strawberry fruit spread on the bigger cookies and put the cookies with a hole on each of them. Let them cool down and sprinkle them with Erythritol+Stevia Powder.
