Ingredients |

80 g | corn flour |
130 g | organic almond flour |
1 | egg |
40 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
280 ml | milk |
1 pinch | pink himalaya salt |
neutral oil |
How it's done:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Fill a pot with oil. Put the dough in at medium heat and shake it well with a pancake turner.
Shiiny.rina's tipp: I made rhubarb compote and a vanilla sauce. The Kaiserschmarrn has a touch of amaretto flavor.
