glutenfree Kaiserschmarrn

Ingredients

80 g corn flour
130 g organic almond flour
1 egg
40 g Erythritol+Stevia
280 ml milk
1 pinch  pink himalaya salt
  neutral oil

How it's done:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Fill a pot with oil. Put the dough in at medium heat and shake it well with a pancake turner.

Shiiny.rina's tipp: I made rhubarb compote and a vanilla sauce. The Kaiserschmarrn has a touch of amaretto flavor.
