Curd Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients

400 g 

(soy) curd

2 TS

 

1

Protein powder (Vanilla / Chocolate)

or 

egg white

2 EL 

melting flakes

1 EL

Xylitol
1 Prise 

Pink Himalayan Salt

1 a hand full of almond flakes 

 

 

Topping:
Fruit of your choice
Dark chocolate without sugar
My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder

 

How it's done:

Mix all the above ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Spread the fruit and almond flakes on top and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

The chocolate comes to the end, broken into pieces or grated (of course our chocolate drops are also suitable) and melted in the closed oven in the residual heat.

If you like, you can top the casserole with calorie-free My Sweet organic erythritol powder after cooling - done!
