ripe bananas |
50 g | shredded coconut |
50 g | shredded nuts |
50 g | protein powder or flour |
1 | egg |
170 ml | (soy) milk |
1 EL | Erythrit+Stevia |
1 TL | baking powder |
1,5 EL | coconut oil |
How it's done:
Mix the bananas well and then mix with all ingredients. Fill the cake mixture in a cake in a tin and at 200 degrees about 50 minutes.
Blooming_life's Tipp: I served it with some Biscoff cream and jam on it but it tasted also without "topping" very well.
