Bean Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

500 g 

white beans

3 EL

coconut oil

6

dates (pitted)

60 g

Xylitol
1 Prise 

Pink Himalayan Salt

1/2 TL

protein powder chocolate

1

Vanilla pod (the pulp)

120 g

oat flakes

60 g

applesauce

1/2 Pck. 

baking powder

 

Topping:
dark chocolate without sugar
or
dark chocolate drops without sugar


How it's done:

First thoroughly crush the white beans. Then add all other ingredients to make a smooth dough.

Place the dough in small pieces or as a whole on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and pour over it.
Bake at 180°C for about 35 min. until golden yellow.

 

Let the cookies cool and enjoy.
