Amaranth Muesli

Ingredients

4 – 5 EL puffed amaranth
1 EL Chia-Seeds
3 EL Linseed
6 EL fine oat flakes
6 EL oat flakes
1 -2 EL Vanilla Sweet
 2 – 3 EL Cashews
2 – 3 EL Walnuts
2 – 3 EL Hazelnuts
2 – 3 EL Almonds

How it's done:

Chop the nuts and roast them completely in a pan without fat.
 
Place the amaranth in a high pot and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Sweet. Let pop the amaranth under medium heat and stirr constantly. If a bit more than the half of the amaranth is popped, remove the pot from the plate and continue stirring with the residual heat. If at least 2/3 of the amaranth is popped give the "mini-popcorn" for cooling in a bowl.
 
Put all the ingredients together in a storage container and shake vigorously. 
If you like it sweeter, add a teaspoon of Erythritol+Stevia or refine the muesli with one of our NO SUGAR SUGAR Chocolates.
