250 ml | rape seed oil |
1 | egg |
1 EL | vinegar |
1 TL | Erythritol+Stevia |
1/2 TL | salt |
1 TL | mustard |
3 groves of | garlic |
How to do it:
All ingredients should have the same temperature before processing. First puree the egg, Erythritol + Stevia and the garlic in a mixer. Add the rape seed oil bit by bit and mix until the mixture is stiff.
