Ingredients |

250 g | low-fat curd |
2 | egg white |
1 | egg yolk |
20 g | vanilla pudding powder |
10 TL | water |
n.B. | frozen raspberries or strawberries |
40 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
How it's done:
1. Mix all ingredients together apart from pudding powder and water.
2. Stir the pudding powder with the water and add to it.
3. Fill the mass into muffin molds and give some fruits in top of it.
4. Bake at 175 degrees about 20-25 minutes until it is really nice
