How it's done:
Peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the kernels and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Preheat the oven to 180° (circulating air 160°). Oil the baking sheet or muffin sheet.
Mix the flour, Erythritol+Stevia, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs, add butter and stir thoroughly. Stir in the milk and flour quickly. Finally stir in the apples.
Bake it for 20 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes after baking and than put it off the sheet.
Before serving powder the Muffins with Erythritol Puder.
