Chocolate-Yoghurt Muffins


3 eggs
1 dash salt
130 g NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
1 package vanilla sugar
150 g soft butter
130 g flour
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
100 g plain yoghurt

how it's done:

Separate the eggs and beat the eggwhites with salt. In another bowl, cream NO SUGAR SUGAR, butter and vanilla sugar. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and add to the butter mixture, alternating with milk and yoghurt. Carefully fold in the beaten eggwhites, and fill into a muffin tin.

Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes or until a wooden stick comes out clean.
