Cheese'onuts with Blueberries


250 g curd
125 g butter
1 package vanilla sugar
100 g NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
1/2 package vanilla pudding powder
1 egg
100 g fresh blueberries

how it's done:

For the cheese cream bring all ingredients to room temperature. Place NO SUGAR SUGAR together with all the other ingredients (except for the blueberries) in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, stir everything until it's a cream.

Fill the cream into a doughnut tin and place 4-5 blueberries on top of every doughnut. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes at 180°C until the top turns golden-brown. Let the Cheese'onuts cool inside the tin. Enjoy!
