That's how it's done:
Mix the above ingredients into a batter and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes - sample with sticks.
Cut the cooled cake into slices and sprinkle with organic erythritol powder.
Hint: You can also top the semolina slices with a spread of your choice or melted chocolate without added sugar.
