200 g | almonds |
80 g | Golden Sweet |
at will | cinnamon |
at will | chilli powder |
how it's done:
Place Golden Sweet together with the other ingredients and 2 tablespoons of water in a pan and bring to a boil/let it caramelize. Pour off the liquid (on a paper towel), spread the almonds on some parchment paper and let dry. Done!
Our tip: The roasted almonds taste best with our Golden Sweet, as the cool taste is not as dominat with this product.
