Poppy seeds nut cake

Ingredients

8 Eggs
100 g  Golden Sweet
140 g  Hazelnuts, grounded
140 g   Poppy seeds
1 Prise Pink Himalaya Salt
some cinnamon
8 g Vanilla Sweet 
 some Fruit spread forest fruits

How it's done:

Beat the egg white, than mix the egg yolk and Golden Sweet frothy. Mix the beaten egg white with all remaining ingredients carefully and quickly. Pour the cake mold with baking paper. Bake at 160° C for about 40 minutes (test it). Allow to cool down well, halve the pie, fill and spread with the fruit spread
