100 g | Golden Sweet |
140 g | Hazelnuts, grounded |
140 g | Poppy seeds |
1 Prise | Pink Himalaya Salt |
some | cinnamon |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
some | Fruit spread forest fruits |
How it's done:
Beat the egg white, than mix the egg yolk and Golden Sweet frothy. Mix the beaten egg white with all remaining ingredients carefully and quickly. Pour the cake mold with baking paper. Bake at 160° C for about 40 minutes (test it). Allow to cool down well, halve the pie, fill and spread with the fruit spread
