Pancakes with chocolate-fruit-topping

Ingredients

250 g

almond flour

500 ml

butter milk / soy milk

1 ts

baking powder

3

eggs, separated

1 pinch

Pink Himalayan Salt

60 g

 melted butter

1/2

 pulp of a vanilla pod

1 tb

Erythritol+Stevia
 

(melted) chocolate drops

 

fruit spread of your choice

 

butter for frying

How it's done:

Mix together the milk, egg yolks, Erythritol+Stevia and vanilla. Add the flour and subsequent the metled butter. Beat the egg white with pinch of salt until it forms peaks and mix it carefully with the mass

Melt some butter in a pan and fry the pancakes until they are golden brown. To quit excess grease use a kitchen towel. Finally top it with the melted chocolate drops and a dab of fruit spread (or hot cherries).
