How it's done:
Mix together the milk, egg yolks, Erythritol+Stevia and vanilla. Add the flour and subsequent the metled butter. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until it forms peaks and mix it carefully with the mass.
Melt some butter in a pan and fry the pancakes until they are golden brown. To quit excess grease use a kitchen towel. Finally top it with the melted chocolate drops and a dab of fruit spread (or hot cherries).
