Mini Cherry Chocolate Guglhupf

Ingredients for approx. 6 Mini Cherry Chocolate Guglhupf

30 g

ground oat flakes

50 g

spelt flour

50 g  

curd

1

egg

1/2 TL

baking powder

10 g

baking cocoa

40 g 

melted dark chocolate drops

20 g   Xylitol

80 ml 

 (almond) milk

pitted cherries

 

almond slices in dark chocolate

 

dark chocolate drops or chocolate bar by No Sugar Sugar

 

How it's done:

Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough and place on 6 small greased mini Guglhupf cups. Then press three cherries into each pan and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

After cooling, brush the cakes with melted chocolate drops and sprinkle them with chopped almonds.
