Low-Carb Pancakes with Yoghurt-Cream

ingredients

1 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 tablespoon NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
1 tablespoon vanilla whey
1 egg
1 knife tip baking powder
1 dash salt
at will milk
100 g plain yoghurt
to tase natural vanilla flavor
at will fruits

how it's done:

Mix NO SUGAR SUGAR and all the other dry ingredients, add one egg and as much milk as necessary to make a smooth batter. Let the batter swell for 5 minutes. Scoop 2 tablespoons per pancake into a hot frying pan and bake on both sides. Attention: This low-carb variation is softer than regular pancakes and need more practice when flipped over. Mix the yoghurt with the vanilla flavor. Serve the warm pancakes with the yoghurt and some fruits. Bon appetit!
