100 g | Dark Schokolade |
100 g | butter |
2 | eggs |
40 g | White organic Almond flour |
1,5 teaspoons | baking powder |
1 tablespoon | NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia |
how it's done:
Melt the Dark Schokolade together with the butter over a water bath, and put it aside. Beat the eggs using a hand mixer until they'e foamy. Now add NO SUGAR SUGAR and the remaining ingredients and the chocolate-butter-mixture to the eggs and whisk properly. Fill the batter into muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
