Low-Carb Chocolate Muffins

ingredients for approx. 8 muffins

100 g Dark Schokolade
100 g butter
2 eggs
40 g White organic Almond flour
1,5 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia

how it's done:

Melt the Dark Schokolade together with the butter over a water bath, and put it aside. Beat the eggs using a hand mixer until they'e foamy. Now add NO SUGAR SUGAR and the remaining ingredients and the chocolate-butter-mixture to the eggs and whisk properly. Fill the batter into muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
