How it's done:
Break the chocolate apart and melt together with the butter in a hot water bath or in a normal pot at low heat. Always stir again.
Preheat the oven to 180° top and bottom heat. Grease the spring mold and dust with some baking cocoa. Beat the eggs with the Erythritol+Stevia, Golden Sweet, Vanilla Sweet and the Himalayan Salt slightly frothy. Mix the Almond Flour with the baking powder and stir into the dough together with the butter-chocolate-mixture. Put the dough into the spring mold.
Bake the cake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes and leave to cool before cutting.
