Low Carb Almond-Pancakes with Strawberries

ingredients

100 g strawberries
50 g Organic Almond flour
25 g vanilla protein powder
5 eggs
2 tablespoons Erythritol+Stevia
at will cinnamon / Vanilla Sweet

how it's done:

Wash the strawberries, cut them into bite-sized pieces and sweeten them with one tablespoon of Erythritol+Stevia. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the Organic Almond flour, one tablespoon of Erythritol+Stevia and the vanilla protein powder. Add cinnamon and Vanilla Sweet at taste. Mix everything together, then, using a scoop, pour some of the batter in a hot frying pan and fry until golden. Place the pancakes on a plate or a small bowl (creating a nest) and pour the strawberries on top. Lastly, sprinkle some Vanilla Sweet on top and enjoy!
