Coconut Bars

Ingredients for approx. 4 Bars 

60 g  coconut oil
30 g coconut flakes
20 g My Sweet Organic Erythritol Powder
40 g dark chocolate or dark chocolate drops

 

How it's done:

Bring the coconut oil to room temperature so that it is soft. Mix with the coconut shavings and the erythritol powder. Form four bars from the mixture and place them on a plate lined with fresh ahlte foil. Place in the freezer for about an hour.

Melt the dark chocolate or the dark chocolate drops in a water bath until they are liquid. Remove the bars from the freezer and coat them well with the liquid chocolate until the chocolate is used up.

Place the bars back on the prepared plate and place in the freezer until the chocolate is completely frozen.

Tip: If you like, you can also use white chocolate and add a little almond flour to the mixture.
