Chocolate Blobs

ingredients

50 g Dark Chocolate
20 g NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
80 g White Organic Almond Flour
20 g butter
1 egg
0,5 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon milk
to taste Vanilla Sweet

how it's done:

Chop the sugarfree Dark Chocolate and set aside. Melt the butter and mix with Almond Flour, NO SUGAR SUGAR and the remaining ingredients to make a smooth batter. Fold in the chocolate. Heat the oven to 180°C circulating air and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Form little blobs, using two teaspoons, and place them on the parchment paper. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes.

Tip: For fruitier blobs you can swap the milk chocolate for the sugarfree Blackcurrant Chocolate.
