Almond biscuits


250 g Organic almond flour
300 g Organic chocolate muesli
200 g lowfat quark
150 ml milk
100 g butter
3 Tsp. Erythritol+Stevia
1 pinch baking powder
50 g dark chocolate
  some coconut oil

How it's done:

Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and preheat the oven to 200 degrees at top / bottom heat.
Using two teaspoons, shape the dough into small heaps and place on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
For the coating melt 50g dark chocolate with some coconut oil in an extra bowl. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled almond buscuits with a spoon.
The biscuits are low-carb because of the organic almond flour and can also be baked vegan and/or with a different muesli.
