Ingredients (2 glasses) |

50 g | blueberries |
1/2 tsp. | Erythritol+Stevia |
1/4 | Charentais melon |
6 | mint leaves |
1 | Lime |
2 | Kiwi (yellow) |
some | Organic almond flour or Chia-Seeds |
How it's done:
- Mix 50g bluebeeries with mit 1/2 teaspoon Erythritol+Stevia.
- Mix 1/4 Charentais melon with 6 minz leaves and a shot of lime juice.
- Cut 2 slices off the the yellow kiwi and cut them tinto a star. Finally mix 2 yellow kiwis with the juice of half a lime.
- Lay the layers with the help of a tablespoon, gradually into a glass.
To separate the layers nicely, add Chia-Seeds between each layer. Instead of the Chia-Seeds, the layers can also be separated with Organic almond flour. What should I say .. it's a super alternative, since it is not clumpt... Finally add a nice mint leave .. and now just enjoy...
