125 g | rasperries |
2 EL | sunflower seeds |
3 TL | ASIRA Chia Seeds |
How it's done:
1) Quarter the apricots, mix with a few drops of lime juice and the delicious Vanilla Sweet.
2) Mix the the peeled kiwi and the 1/2 galiamelone without kernels in a seperate beake with also a few drops of lime juice.
3) Mix the raspberries with the sunflower seeds as well as a few drops of lime juice.
Pour one after the other (the mixed apricots are the heaviest, so I gave them to the bottom of the glass) into a glass. Make a light layer of ASIRA Chia Seeds between each fruit layer to prevent the mixing of the individual layers of fruit.
When drinking, draw a straw from the bottom upwards to combine the fruit layers in the straw and then enjoy. Healthy and tasty!
